Seems like there is only a max of two people ever working. Also they take a lunch from 12:00-1:00pm, but its more like 1:10pm... so just be ready I guess.
Went there to take my motorcycle written test, arrived at 1230. There was 1 person working and she was only taking 1 person back at a time even though there were several computers available for testing. There was a sign in sheet but was no order for calling people back. Some waited 30 minutes, one gentleman waited almost 5 hours, and I waited almost 4. When I was finally called, I sat down and started the paperwork when the very rude lady realized it was now after 4. She informed me that no tests would be started after 345. What a waste of time and government money!
I sat here for over 4 hours waiting for a simple written test and watched several people called in ahead of us. There was only one person working the entire office, including the on road driving tests. I will drive to Montgomery before ever returning here. This is truly a 0 out of 5 stars!
